Ginger is a special plant grown in tropical areas whose roots are used to increase the taste of food in the form of spices. Apart from this, ginger has many medicinal properties. Ginger has been used in cooking for the past 4000 years.

Apart from this, it is being used in diseases such as digestive diseases and diarrhea. Honey Ginger Syrup 
Ginger can be used everyday in your diet easily. You can add Ginger in vegetables for your taste and it will be beneficial for health. Mix ginger with pistachios or mix it with curry  and get health benefits.

Take a piece of ginger of one and a half inch and grind it. If you wish, you can use it even by crushing it. Keep 1 cup of water warm and when the water comes to boil, put ginger in it. 

Boil it for 10 minutes so that all extracts of ginger or medicinal properties come into the water. After this, add tea leaves and filter them when the color comes. Mix honey in this ginger tea and use this ginger honey tea for weight loss daily.
