Exercise and Fitness

A healthy body is a mixture of balanced diet and exercise. Diet works well, if we do exercise regularly. Therefore, exercise should also be done regularly like food. Exercise makes our muscles tone and increase our personality. People who do exercise regularly are more active as compared to other people. There are several types of exercises like Yoga, Gym Workout, Aerobics and so on.

  • Exercise keeps the body healthy, therefore, it reduces the risk of health problems like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and trauma. Some other benefits of exercise are given below :

Running is best exercise and you can do this exercise at anytime and anywhere. You can also use gym treadmill for running.

By doing pushups your chest and lungs become strong and the size of body remains good.

Rolling technique helps in loosening the body. Foam rollers technology is not only cheap but you can easily do it. Regular exercise with foam rollers help to make your body flexible.

Squat's exercises work together on many muscles. Free squats, are very beneficial for waist, knees and leg muscles. Stand upright to do this and keep a little difference between the legs. Raise both hands and bring it to your shoulders. Now
 put light weight on knees and try to sit in the same way as you sit on the chair. Now keep the waist straight and then stand straight up. Repeat this process for 30 to 60 seconds..

By regular exercise, the amount of chemicals in the brain increase, make new cells, and connect brain cells together helps us to learn new
