Eating habits have become a public health issue , nowadays. If you have children in your house then you will also see this thing as much as the kids like fast food and oily snacks and run away from healthy foods, juices and fruits. In fact, the reason behind this are the parents or elders. Science says that food which we eat in childhood, we also prefer that food in the future. 

Therefore, if children are eat healthy food in their childhood, they will eat them the same as they grow up. But sometimes parents feed their children street or outside food and cook light food for their comfort. This is the time when children go away from home food. Where it becomes cause of bad habit in children there it but also pushes children towards many serious diseases. Some children may be very restricted to eating and drinking. This may be the main concern for parents. Many children eat less than they should eat food. These children probably eat the normal range of food that they should consume. But they consume less quantity than they need. Due to this they are weak and reduce their age but are healthy and active. These children may have been habituated less often and may have a history of eating less of their family.

Refusing to eat food in children who are in pre-school is a common complaint. However it can be found in some older children too. They eat without complaint and any problems they like. Moreover, some children can not eat food in some environments such as some special people, school or at home. They are usually healthy and their growth and development are normal. Usually denying food is not a matter of concern.

Fired Rice is a very simple recipe to cook and you can do at home. This recipe is healthy, because you can add several vegetables in it. You can eat fried rice in Lunch, dinner and with their evening tea. You can prepare this recipe within 20 minutes.

Ingredients: White rice, water, vegetable oil, veggies like French beans, peas, onions, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, green pepper, cilantro leaves, salt, black pepper powder, red chili sauce,soy sauce, vinegar.



Healthy Recipe Fried Rice Recipe

After Ingredients you can follow below steps for Fried Rice.

  • Wash white rice and cook them up to 80% just like plain rice.
  • Chop all the veggies like carrots, pepper, cauliflower, cabbage, beans and onion finely.
  • Take a pan and pour 2 tablespoons of  vegetable oil.
  • Once oil is hot enough add onion and other veggies and cook them for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice into the veggies.
  • Also add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, red chili sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar.
  • Mix all the ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Now add salt, black pepper according to taste and cook for few minutes.
  • Once the fried rice is cooked garnish with cilantro leaves and serve hot fried rice.

Gajar Halwa Recipe is a delicious dessert. People eat this in winter season mostly. We can eat this dish on special occasions like Wedding, Birthday Party And kitty parties. Today, we help you, how to prepare this dish at home with in short time.

Ingredients: fresh Carrots, 1 cup milk, Khoya(Mawa), sugar, ghee(clarified butter), nuts and raisins.

Delicious dessert


  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Grate them using a grater. 
  2. Take a pan and melt 3-4 tablespoons ghee to roast grated carrots.
  3. Roast the carrots for 15 minutes or until they get tender enough.
  4. Now add milk to carrots and cook for sometime. Once milk gets soaked into carrots, add Khoya and mix nicely.
  5. Add sugar, nuts and raisins.
  6. You can Serve gajar halwa hot or cool it down and serve as cold dessert. 

Note: You can prepare instant Khoya by using butter, 3-4 tablespoonfuls milk, and milk powder. Warm the milk and mix butter into it. Add milk powder into it and mix properly. It starts get hard and form clumps.
