1. Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients - Tortillas, shredded cheese, finely chopped and roasted veggies like green, red,yellow pepper, onion, tomato, sweet corn, mushrooms, or chicken breast if making chicken quesadillas, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala, oil or butter.

Mexican Quesadilla Recipe

  • You can make tortillas at home using all purpose flour just like roti or buy readymade tortillas from the market.
  • Mix all the finely chopped veggies and season them with the required spices.
  • Turn on the flame and pre heat the flat skillet.
  • Grease the skillet and place on tortilla on it and spread a layer of shredded cheese and then a layer of seasoned veggies. On the top of spread another layer of cheese and place another tortilla.
  • Keep pressing lightly while it bake. Apply oil or butter on the tortilla and flip the side and let it bake from the other side.
  • Once it gets crunchy from both sides, remove it from the flame.
  • Serve hot quesadillas with sour creams, avocado and salsa.

2. Dahi Vada Recipe

Before making Dahi Vada, you need some ingredients that are given below.
  • 1 cup of Urad dal (lentils) soaked overnight 
  • 2-2.5 cups of fresh yogurt 
  • Salt as per taste, black pepper, asafetida(hing), red chili powder, cumin powder, chat masala, green chili, ginger, cilantro leaves, tamarind chutney( you can prepare it at home), green chutney( can be made from green chili, cilantro leaves, mint leaves), oil for frying

How to prepare batter for Vada from soaked lentils 
  1. Grind soaked lentils adding little water, some green chili, ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, salt as per taste, pinch of asafetida, to prepare a smooth batter. Whisk the batter for few minutes to make it fluffy. 
  2. Heat the oil for frying. Pour the batter with spoon into the hot oil pan and fry till they turn golden brown. 
  3. Also soak these fried vadas into water before adding them to yogurt.
  4. Now whisk fresh yogurt adding some water. Mix all the ingredients like red chili powder, cumin seeds, chat masala, some salt and black pepper. Also mix green chutney in yogurt or you can pour it later onto the Vada along with tamarind chutney. Add soaked Vada into whisked yogurt. Keep them soaked for 1-2 hours before serving. 
To serve the dahi Vada take a bowl and add dahi Vada. Pour some green chutney and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle some chat masala and cilantro leaves. Now your delicious dish have ready to serve and you can also eat dahi Vada on special occasions like Anniversary and Birthday parties.

3. Pasta Salad Recipe

Today we are sharing Pasta Salad Recipe. Pasta is available in different shapes like Macaroni, Ravioli, Spaghetti, Rigatoni and so on. But you can use any pasta in this recipe. If your are health conscious, then salad pasta will be your first choice. It is good sources of carbohydrates. You can eat pasta in breakfast and lunch, but avoid it for dinner. 

Ingredients: pasta, black olives sliced into halves, chopped onion, chopped strawberries, chopped broccoli, chopped cabbage, chopped green pepper (capsicum), sugar, mayonnaise dressing, Parmesan cheese, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper. 
  • Boil water , add salt , once water boils add pasta into it. 
  • 7-8 minutes later add broccoli and let pasta and broccoli boil together for few minutes. Once pasta gets boiled turn off flame.
  • Drain the extra water from pasta and broccoli and let them cool.
  • Add little olive or any vegetable oil over the pasta and broccoli.
  • Now take a big bowl and mix all the chopped vegetables, add a spoon of vinegar, sugar as per taste, pinch of salt and black pepper. Also mix some mayonnaise dressing after adding boiled pasta and broccoli into the bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over it. You can keep it in refrigerator for some time to enjoy homemade pasta salad.

4. Instant Gulab jamun Recipe

When you listen about Gulab jamun, then your mouth fill with water. You eat this dish on special occasions mostly like wedding, anniversary and Birthday party. Some people eat gulab jamun after their lunch and dinner as a pudding. It is easy to make at home. Today’s article is covering recipe of Gulab Jamun and it’s Sugar syrup.

Ingredients for gulab jamun 
  1. Instant mix gulab jamun , 
  2. Oil/ghee for frying, 
  3. water
Ingredients for sugar syrup - 
  1. Add 2-3 cups of water in a pan and boil water. 
  2. Add 2-2.5 cups of sugar to boiling water. Let it boil for making dense sugar syrup. 
  3. Also add 2-3 cloves, 2 cardamom or cardamom powder for flavor. You can also add rose water if available. 
  4. Once syrup is dense enough turn off the the flame.
For gulab jamun heat oil in a pan. Pour the instant mix in a bowl. Add little water to knead the mixture. Knead it like dough for roti. Now apply ghee on your palm and make small balls and fry them in heated oil. 

Once the balls turn golden brown in color dip them into sugar syrup. Soak the Gulab Jamun in sugar syrup for 30 minutes. You can also sprinkle coconut powder on gulab jamun for extra flavor. Gulab jamun are ready, serve them hot with ice cream or enjoy them the way you like.

5. Instant Mix Pancakes Recipe

Pancakes is another a delicious recipe which you can enjoy in breakfast and with you tea as a snacks. Children eat pancakes happily. Today we learn about instant mix Pan cakes recipe. It is very easy recipe. You can make this recipe within a short time and add in breakfast and as a snacks. It have became favorite dish for children. All ingredients which are used in Pan cake recipe are easily available in household or Kitchen.
Ingredients: Instant pancakes mix, butter, water, for toppings according to choice - fruits : strawberries, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, peanut butter or Nutella chocolate spread, maple syrup, whipped cream
  • Preheat the griddle or pan and grease it lightly with butter.
  • Mix required quantity of instant pancake mix with water by 3:4 ratio to make batter.
  • Pour the batter on greased griddle and spread it all over equally.
  • Once the lower side of pancake it cooked flip the side. Check with fork or knife if it turn golden brown, remove  the pancakes from griddle or pan.
  • For toppings spread maple syrup or peanut butter or Nutella and chopped fruits over the pancake. You can add whipped cream too.
  • Your pancakes are ready with no time.
