It is rising, because we have depended on machines and gadgets. People are suffering from hectic routine. They can not do exercise, walk regularly. People can become active to do exercise  and yoga daily. They can avoid lifts in office and can use stair. Avoid vehilcles for short distance and do walk on that time. You can use healthy diet along with exercise. People can spend their evening with friends and do walk in nearest garden.
