Cumin-Fenugreek-Cardamom-Cinnamon

Mostly spices are use for flavour and to make food delicious. Our food will be not complete without adding these beneficial spices. Spices play traditional values in weddings and parties. All spices are very beneficial for our health with their nutritional power. In Ayurveda, they used spices like Turmeric, Cinnamon to cure several diseases. Therefore, my today’s article about spices. Because only few people know the benefits of Spices.

Cumin (Jerra)
Cumin is one of the great spice,which we use daily in rices and other dishes. It contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties which helps stop tumor growth. It also improve digestion and cures constipation. It’s antioxidants property helps to fight against Cancer. It regulates blood and protect from heart diseases. 

In ancient time, Ayurveda used cumin to control cold and other breath related problems. 
Spices

Moreover, Cumin prevents Anemia and Blood Deficiency. Cumin improves memory power and fight for skin disorders. If you want long and shiny hair, then cumin would be helpful.


Fenugreek seeds (methi seeds) - 1/2 tea spoon twice/day

It helps in reducing blood glucose, inhibits cholesterol and triglycerides due to its high fiber content.

Turmeric
Everyone knows about turmeric, it provide color to our food. But it used as a antiseptic of Ayurveda in ancient time. It contains an active component called Curcumin, which may stop cancer from spreading and helps prevent Diabetes. It cure wounds very fast and people can take turmeric powder with milk, soup,curry and through their food.

Cardamom( Choti Elaichi )
Cardamom is mostly use as a mouth freshener and can be used in much the same way to counteract digestive problems. 

It removes toxic substances and body waste through through the kidneys and clean our inner body parts. It contains minerals like Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, which help to protect heart.  Cardamom is very useful for Asthma patients and provide relief from coughing and shortness of breath.

Some other benefits of Cardamom.

  2. Helpful in Heartburn and Bloating.
  3. It can easily fight with germs that cause of bad breathing.
  4. It provides freshness to mouth.
Cinnamon( Dalchini )
Cinnamon is a another spice with their lot of impressive benefits. It use in during tea, only they know the importance of Cinnamon who drink tea. 
  • It reduce the risk factor of heart diseases.
  • Maintain and reduce the level of blood sugar.
  • Cinnamon rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron and fibre, which makes to cinnamon is one the delicious and healthiest spice on this planet.
