Obesity - How to Reduce ?

Obesity have became very common problem. Because people have changed their eats ing habits and they love fast food and junk food as compared to healthy food. People don’t take care about their over weight. Consequently, it start affecting on heart, bones and other part of body. On that time, it becomes very difficult to loss weight.

What is Obesity?
When fat increases on your body and your waist size rise, that is called obesity. Having too much body fat can lead to type-2 diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and stroke.

How do I know if I am obese ?
With the help of measurement such as body mass index or BMI can decide your weight is dangerous to your health. The bmi is a combination of your height and weight. A score >30 makes you obese. People who carry too much fat around the middle, rather than the hips are more likely to have health problems. A waist hip ratio of 0.9 for men and 0.8 for women is recommended.
  • Men's waist not more than 90 cms.
  • Women's waist not more than 80 cms.
Symptoms of Obesity
  1. People feel coughing and sweating during small tasks.
  2. Breathing rate fast and breakdown when they walk a bit.
  3. People snore while sleeping
  4. Stomach problems formed like acidity, stomachache, gas problems.
  5. Inflammation in some parts of the body.
  6. Mental and psychological symptoms such as self esteem, lack of self-confidence can be seen.

How obesity can overcome ?
  1. We all know about bicycle and I hope you had enjoyed ride in their childhood. Nowadays, bicycle have became a equipment of gym. It doesn’t move outside, but give better results to reduce obesity. You can use normal bicycle ride daily at least half an hour for weight loss.
  2. Drink more water on empty stomach. For better results, you can add honey and ginger in lukewarm water. It reduces obesity and provide energy to your body.
  3. Avoid oily and  fried food. Which do not digest easily.
  4. A healthy diet plan can help to reduce obesity. Add green vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. 
  5. You can take green tea in evening time. 
  6. Do not eat heavy meal in dinner. Avoid cold and sweet food also. You can use honey or jaggery on the place of sugar.
  7. Drink hot water with Ginger paste and lemon juice, which helps your metabolism system work properly.
  8. Always eat fresh and well cooked food. Avoid uncooked food and fast food.
  9. Milk is good source of all nutrients and hot milk can reduce your belly fat. But avoid butter, cheese and other heavy dairy products.
  10. Avoid food which increase your cough, because increase in cough can increase your obesity.

Exercise which can overcome obesity :
One of the main reason for weight gain is  lack of physical activity and workout. So, be active and you can start light exercise. 
Fat tissue burns during workout. Moreover, Abs and crunches play very crucial role to reduce obesity.

Sleep is important for weight loss :
For every person at least 7-8 hours daily sleep is must. If you sleep more than sufficient hours then your metabolism will become slow. Go to bed early and get up early. This routine can make you healthy as well as fit.
