High blood pressure

Today, High blood pressure and hypertension have became vast problem in all over the world. This is a deadly disease. High Blood Pressure is like a calm volcano, which does not show any signs or danger from outside, but when the volcano bursts, it can be serious consequences like paralysis and heart attack on our body. Earlier it was believed that this problem is occur in old people, but the problem of hypertension is spreading in children and young people too.

What is blood pressure ?
Blood pressure is said to increase blood pressure in the arteries walls. Arterial body contains blood vessels which transport blood from heart to all the organs and tissues.

Normal blood pressure
The unit of measuring blood pressure is millimeter / mercury (mm.Hg). It is measured with the Sphygmomanometer. Blood pressure is measured in two numbers and two stages. In first stage, systolic pressure is 140 to 159 mm Hg or diastolic pressure is 90 to 99 mm Hg. In  stage 2 hypertension, is diagnosed when your systolic pressure is 160 mm Hg or higher your diastolic pressure is 100 mm Hg or higher.How we can overcome stress ?

Sign of high blood pressure
Most people of hypertension do not have any special symptoms. But below some signs can helps you.
  1. Anxiety and sudden nervousness 
  2. Fast headache
  3. Feel shortness in breathing
  4. Feel Pain and heaviness in Chest
  5. Fatigue and stress
  6. Feel weakness and blurred vision
  7. Feel difficult to understand and speak
Symptoms of high blood pressure do not appear in the beginning and when the attack occurs, then it is known. Therefore it is also considered a silent killer. It is also related to other problems such as chest pain, problems with seeing, dizziness, headache, etc. But hypertension is not necessarily related to them. Normally people do not pay attention to heart attacks, kidney failure, heart failures, and gradually reach the nerves of the feet.

What cause high blood pressure ?
  • Diabetes, heart diseases, weak arteries , kidneys problems can become cause of high blood pressure.
  • Obesity - Research have shown that obesity is a very high cause of high blood pressure. The risk of high blood pressure in a fat person increases very much as compared to a normal person.
  • Consumption of more salt, junk food, liquor and smoking.
  • Pregnancy can be increase your hypertension.
  • Due to lack of exercise - Participation in sports, exercise, and physical activity also increases the risk of high blood pressure.

Ayurvedic Treatment for blood pressure
  • Eating carrot Murabba, watermelon and Litchi are very beneficial in Hypertension.
  • One spoon of onion juice mix in one spoon of pure organic honey, it reduce high blood pressure.
  • Eat garlic during empty stomach.
  • Take Half spoon of cinnamon powder daily morning time with lukewarm water for prevention of blood pressure.
  • Drinking urine of cow , it reduce and maintain blood pressure.
  • You can do yoga, meditation and walk for better results
Why is the problem worse in winter
In winter season, the trouble for heart patients increase. Because this season does not cause sweating from the body and the level of salt increases, thus increasing blood pressure automatically. During this time, if heart patients do not exercise, then the situation worsens even worse. This also increases the risk of brain stroke. Blood clot may also freeze due to contraction in the arteries. In this season, heart patients should be avoided with oily and lubricating things. Arteries narrow down during low temperature and problem increases.

How can maintain Hypertension in winter ?
  • Reduce sodium intake 
  • Exercise regularly.
Diet for high blood pressure
  • People with high blood pressure need special attention on catering during the winter season. More salt and sodium should not be used. 
  • Eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grains and low fat diet. You can also drink cholesterol-free milk. 
  • Avoid red meat, desserts and sugar foods
If there is a problem of blood pressure, then regularly check blood pressure in winter and if you have a slight complaint then consult the doctor.
