What is blood pressure ?
Blood pressure is said to increase blood pressure in the arteries walls. Arterial body contains blood vessels which transport blood from heart to all the organs and tissues.
Normal blood pressure
The unit of measuring blood pressure is millimeter / mercury (mm.Hg). It is measured with the Sphygmomanometer. Blood pressure is measured in two numbers and two stages. In first stage, systolic pressure is 140 to 159 mm Hg or diastolic pressure is 90 to 99 mm Hg. In stage 2 hypertension, is diagnosed when your systolic pressure is 160 mm Hg or higher your diastolic pressure is 100 mm Hg or higher.How we can overcome stress ?
Most people of hypertension do not have any special symptoms. But below some signs can helps you.
- Anxiety and sudden nervousness
- Fast headache
- Feel shortness in breathing
- Feel Pain and heaviness in Chest
- Fatigue and stress
- Feel weakness and blurred vision

- Diabetes, heart diseases, weak arteries , kidneys problems can become cause of high blood pressure.
- Obesity - Research have shown that obesity is a very high cause of high blood pressure. The risk of high blood pressure in a fat person increases very much as compared to a normal person.
- Consumption of more salt, junk food, liquor and smoking.
- Pregnancy can be increase your hypertension.
- Due to lack of exercise - Participation in sports, exercise, and physical activity also increases the risk of high blood pressure.

- One spoon of onion juice mix in one spoon of pure organic honey, it reduce high blood pressure.

- You can do yoga, meditation and walk for better results
- Reduce sodium intake
- Exercise regularly.
- People with high blood pressure need special attention on catering during the winter season. More salt and sodium should not be used.
- Eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grains and low fat diet. You can also drink cholesterol-free milk.
- Avoid red meat, desserts and sugar foods
