  • At first take a Pan and add 300 ml water, then boil it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and let the water be cool.
  • Add 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now take the mixture in a jug.
  • Add 2 tablespoons Honey.
  • Mix it well.
  • Drink it daily before sleep and morning before breakfast.

  • At first take a Pan and add 300 ml water, then boil it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Boil at least one glass of water in a Pan.
  • Add 1/2 inch of ginger slices.
  • Boil for 10 minutes on low flame

  • Turn off the flame.
  • Cover it 5 minutes.
  • Strain the water.
  • Add 1 tablespoon Honey.
