Proteins are very essential element of food. Proteins have helpful nutrients in the development and growth of the human body. This element creates body cells. By maintaining protein in the food, the construction and repair of body cells works smoothly throughout life.

All the processes of our body need protein in different quantities and at different times. The body uses proteins all the time and it is always necessary to cure damage cells. Some parts of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur are found in proteins. It also contains phosphorus and excess of nitrogen. Antibodies: Proteins formed antibodies in the body, which protect the body from disease and germs,such as Bacteria and Virus.

Childhood: Children need more protein in childhood, because body grows in that age.

Old age: Even in old age, the body needs excessive protein, because proteins are quickly digested. If there is a decrease in the amount of protein in this age, then several problems can occur like joint pain, back pain. Therefore, at this stage, the amount of protein in the foods should be increased.

Pregnancy: In pregnancy, the child who is in the womb grows and mother can maintain the amount of intake proteins. Proteins are essential in the development of the body of a developing child in the womb. Proteins are also essential for mother's health. The lack of protein can have a bad effect on the health of the pregnant mother and baby. Therefore, it is very necessary that mother should get more and more proteins containing food in pregnancy.

Patient : After the diseases, the patient's body feel weak. In this stage the patient becomes helpless. Some cells want repair and body formed new cells. People who do not get proper food proteins after the disease or after the operation can not be ruled out of the possibility of being re-patient.



Players / Athlete: Active people and players need more proteins than those with stable lifestyle. Players, weight-lifters, bodybuilders and other such people need proteins to build and repair muscles and cells and for better performance. Therefore, Proteins should take at least twice a day.
