Acid Reflux or Gastritis

 Acid reflux or Gastritis is most common and rising stomach and digestive disorder. By eating junk food, due to stress or insomnia, acid formed in stomach. Acid reflux is a common condition that affects many peopleIt formed on that time, when acid normally occupy in the stomach content run off and back up into the oesophagus or complication occurs in the food pipe. Because oesophagus is sensitive pipe and not as well protected. Therefore, stomach acid irritates the lining. Then painful signs for few minutes or few hour happen due to cause of acid reflux.

Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with cold water and drink it twice a day after meal.

Home Remedies for Acid Reflux
  • Take a handful of basil or Tulsi leaves. Wash them very well, blend them with 1/2 cup of water. Add a generous pinch of rock salt or Black salt. Have this 2-3 times a day.
  • In 1 tablespoon of honey, add 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Add a big pinch of pepper powder. Have this a couple of times in a day.
  • Take one cup of thin buttermilk. Add a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of asafetida or Hing. Mix in about 1/4 tablespoon of the   powder of fenugreek seeds. Drink this at night for symptom relief.
  • Take a small piece of fresh ginger. Wash well and grate it. Mix it in 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of water. Boil till it is 
  • reduced to half. Cool, strain and drink.

Banana keeps balancing the pH level in the stomach. It is rich in potassium, essential for absorbing food into the stomach, as well as fibre, which is important in eliminating harmful toxins. Add banana in your diet.

Eat less during breakfast, lunch and dinner. If possible divide three meals into five six small meals throughout the day. Drink plenty of water with meal can prevents you from heartburn and acid reflux.
