Diet Plans to Lose Weight 

First day
Only fruits can eaten on this day. This is the first day of the diet plan and it prepares the body for the coming days. Start the day with fruit salad, eat some fruit in the breakfast and then fruit salad in dinner. Drink plenty of water besides this.

On this day, eating only watermelons is more beneficial. Avoid consumption of fruit like banana and mango.

Second Day
To lose weight, eat only vegetables on the second day of this diet plan. You can eat raw vegetables or boiled. Vegetable soup can also be drink.

Third Day
On the third day of this diet plan to lose weight both fruits and vegetables can be eaten. Start the day with fruits, then vegetables in a salad and a fruit or vegetable soup in dinner.
Remember people cannot eat potatoes and bananas on this day.

Fourth Day
Banana works a lot in weight gain but it also leads to weight loss. To reduce weight, only on the fourth day of diet plan is only milk and banana food. If you like, you can take bananas and milk like shake or smoothen.

Fifth Day
On the fifth day of this diet plan which is losing weight in seven days, eat the tomatoes fiercely. Eat like tomato salad, soup or as much as you like on this day. Also drink at least 15 glasses of water on this day. On this day a little rice or chicken can eat, but only a little bit.

Sixth Day
On the sixth day you can eat vegetables all day long. Rice can also be eaten in lunch this day.

Seventh Day
Any fruit or vegetable and a bowl of rice of your choice can be eaten on the seventh day. Take a fruit juice on this day, it helps keep the body clean.

For Special Soup Diet Plan: Make soup with at least six onions, large tomato, capsicum and closed cabbage and drink as much as you like for seven days.

What is Vitamin D?

Obesity have became very common problem. Because people have changed their eats ing habits and they love fast food and junk food as compared to healthy food. People don’t take care about their over weight. Consequently, it start affecting on heart, bones and other part of body. On that time, it becomes very difficult to loss weight.

What is Obesity?
When fat increases on your body and your waist size rise, that is called obesity. Having too much body fat can lead to type-2 diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and stroke.

How do I know if I am obese ?
With the help of measurement such as body mass index or BMI can decide your weight is dangerous to your health. The bmi is a combination of your height and weight. A score >30 makes you obese. People who carry too much fat around the middle, rather than the hips are more likely to have health problems. A waist hip ratio of 0.9 for men and 0.8 for women is recommended.
  • Men's waist not more than 90 cms.
  • Women's waist not more than 80 cms.
Symptoms of Obesity

  2. Drink more water on empty stomach. For better results, you can add honey and ginger in lukewarm water. It reduces obesity and provide energy to your body.
  3. Avoid oily and  fried food. Which do not digest easily.
  4. A healthy diet plan can help to reduce obesity. Add green vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. 
  5. You can take green tea in evening time. 
  6. Do not eat heavy meal in dinner. Avoid cold and sweet food also. You can use honey or jaggery on the place of sugar.

Sleep is important for weight loss :

Jamun is a very small fruit, but it has many benefits which make you physically and mentally strong. And after eating jamun, you would throw his kernels but it is very important to know one thing that every fruit of the seed produces its tree, hence its seeds have more benefits than fruits, so after eating jamun its seeds should not thrown.

Keep its seeds dry in the sun well and when the seeds dry, then make powder of these dried seeds and follow some steps to make this powder, which is as follows. After eating jamun, wash the seeds thoroughly.

Then dry them in the sun. After drying, remove the top peel. And when you take out the inside part, then this seed will look something like pistachios. You can also make powder with peeled. And take care of the most important thing that
after the drying of the berries the seeds get stronger. 

Therefore, they can damage the blades of the mixture. Therefore, before grinding the seeds, make small pieces before they grind.

Place the powder in a container and eat one teaspoon of empty stomach in the morning. Make such powders from the wet seeds of Jamun, you can make powder even after washing the seeds. For this, heat a pan and fry seeds in it. After this, make their diluted powder and keep it in the container. Eat a spoon powder in the morning empty stomach.

What you can eat in diabetes ?
Flaxseeds are rich in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Adding 
1 to 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds to your diet can reduce your blood sugar levels.

The type of fiber in flaxseeds are mainly soluble and have 
the property of reducing your blood sugar levels as well as your blood cholesterol levels.

Cheese is a good source of protein and calcium. It makes a great snack that won’t raise your blood sugar levels and is a good way to add extra protein to your breakfast.

Olive oil is a rich source of monounsaturated fats, which is heart friendly, it constitute the cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet. Olive oil does not contain carbohydrates and it does not directly influence your blood sugar levels. Regular use of  olive oil for cooking your vegetables is best choice.

Meat, poultry and fish. 
Lean meat and poultry are also low in fat, while fish, eaten two to three times a week, can provide you omega-3 fatty acids which is beenficial for our health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

These protein sources are free of carbohydrates if you avoid the ones that are breaded or served in a sweet sauce.

Nuts and Nut Butter
Amounts of Carbohydrates is very low in nuts, therefore they do not increase your blood sugar levels. Cashews are the starchiest of all nuts and are not the best options with about 9 grams of carbohydrates per ounce. 

Nonstarchy vegetables 
Nonstarchy vegetables give very small amounts of carbohydrates to our body. Add nonstarchy vegetables in your diet, they can help you better manage your blood sugar levels. Eat vegetables like, turnips, broccoli, bok choy, cauliflower, sprouts, leafy green, onions, tomatoes which boost your fiber and antioxidant intake without compromising your blood sugars. 

Improve food habits- Minimize or reduce sugar and other sweet foods, Eat more green vegetables, except sweet fruits and eat other fruits, instead of eating more food at a time, take a small intervals.

Avoid foods made from ghee, oil and fried things, such as samosas, kachodi, podi, parathas etc.

You can use these medicines which are also beneficial in diabetes. but doctor's opinion is must.
