When weather changes, we know how to take care their skin, but we don’t know, how we can keep our body fit and healthy. Therefore, we become careless for our health. When summer season comes, we face several problems due to lack of energy. We feel weakness, anxiety and fatigue. Because in summer season our body needs too much water and other liquids.

If you want to stay fit in summer, drink lots of fresh water, which keeps our inner body cool. If you can’t drink much water add drinks like soft drink, fruit beverages, lemon water, fruit juice and butter milk in your daily routine. Take these drinks in sufficient amount, otherwise they would be harmful for our body.


Benefits of Water

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day which gives beneficial results to our body. It maintains moisturizer level of our body. It removes toxic substances from our body through sweat and urine. Furthermore, avoid cold water and drink water whose temperature is same as room temperature.
Juice and buttermilk

You can drink lukewarm water 2-3 times a day, which improves your digestion power. You can drink coconut water and lemon water to replace regular water. For instant energy, drink fruit juice, sweet butter milk or mix one spoon of organic honey in one glass of water. Don’t drink these on regular basis.


Fruits and vegetables juice

Fresh fruit juice provides instant energy to our body, because fruits contain natural sugar in large amount. Their liquid form dissolves in our blood easily and gives energy to our body. Juice is more beneficial for children, patients and aged people, but in limited amount. People can eat more fruits, which provides essential nutrients and fiber to our body. You can take more vegetables or a glass of  vegetables juice to get their complete benefits.

Herbal Tea : Herbal tea does not contain caffeine, therefore it is more effective for our health. It can cure digestion problems if you drink it on regular basis. It is easily available in marketplace with different flavors. Herbal tea habit can improve your immunity and fitness level.


Butter Milk : Butter milk is a powerful drink for summer season. It keeps our body cool and cure acid reflux. For more results, mix black pepper and cumin in it.


Decaffeinated Coffee :  Decaffeinated Coffee contains less amount of caffeine. Therefore it is a healthy drink in summer for everyone. But take care, the amount of cream and milk should be less. Sugar quantity should also be lesser and water should be fresh and clean.

 Acid reflux or Gastritis is most common and rising stomach and digestive disorder. By eating junk food, due to stress or insomnia, acid formed in stomach. Acid reflux is a common condition that affects many peopleIt formed on that time, when acid normally occupy in the stomach content run off and back up into the oesophagus or complication occurs in the food pipe. Home Remedies for Acid Reflux
  • Take a handful of basil or Tulsi leaves. Wash them very well, blend them with 1/2 cup of water. Add a generous pinch of rock salt or Black salt. Have this 2-3 times a day.
  • In 1 tablespoon of honey, add 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Add a big pinch of pepper powder. Have this a couple of times in a day.
  • Take one cup of thin buttermilk. Add a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of asafetida or Hing. Mix in about 1/4 tablespoon of the   powder of fenugreek seeds. Drink this at night for symptom relief.
  • Take a small piece of fresh ginger. Wash well and grate it. Mix it in 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of water. Boil till it is 
  • reduced to half. Cool, strain and drink.

Banana keeps balancing the pH level in the stomach. It is rich in potassium, essential for absorbing food into the stomach, as well as fibre, which is important in eliminating harmful toxins. Add banana in your diet.

Eat less during breakfast, lunch and dinner. If possible divide three meals into five six small meals throughout the day. Drink plenty of water with meal can prevents you from heartburn and acid reflux.

Arthritis is a joints related disease. It causes painful inflammation of the joints. When people suffer from arthritis, they feel pain and inelasticity in their body or face problems moving around. Some types of arthritis cause pain and swelling in your joints.

Joints are places where two bones meet, such as your elbow or knee. Over time, a swollen joint can become severely damaged. Some kinds of arthritis can also cause problems in your organs, such as skin and eyes.
Arthritis and Gout

There are more than 100 different types of arthritis, all of which have different causes and treatment methods. Arthritis is most commonly seen in adults over the age of 65 but it can also develop in children and teens. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, arthritis is more common in women than men and in those that are overweight.

Common Types of Arthritis :
  1. Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. It’s often related to aging or to an injury. It occurs when there is a breakdown in the cartilage where bones meet to form a joint and allow movement. Bones rub on each other causing pain.
  2. Autoimmune such as Rheumatoid arthritis happens when your body’s immune system attacks healthy cells in your body by mistake. Juvenile rheumatoid is a form of the disease that happens in children.
  3. Infectious arthritis is an infection that has spread from another part of the body to the joint.
  4. Psoriatic arthritis affects people with psoriasis.
  5. Gout is a painful type of arthritis that happens when too much uric acid builds up in the body. It often starts in the big toe.

Arthritis Symptoms:
  • Joint pain 
  • Joint redness 
  • Joint swelling
  • Joint tenderness
  • Locking of the joint
  • Stiffness 
  • Loss of range of motion of the joint
  • Limping
You can notice these symptoms and it become more worst in the morning. Pain can be occurs in fingers, hands, heel, back, ankle, muscles, lower back, neck and wrist.

Treatment of Arthritis :
Apple cider vinegar is very beneficial in reducing knee pain. It contains alkalizing effects, which helps to break down mineral growth as dangerous viruses with in the knee joints.. 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar contains 0.7 mg magnesium, 10.8 mg Potassium, 1.2 mg Phosphorus, 1 mg calcium and total 3 Calories.
  • Add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar to a cup of cherry juice, drink it to get a relief. Cherry contains anthocyanins, which battle inflammation effectively.
  • Simply mixed 2-3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar into a cup of water also makes an effective remedy for arthritis.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and do massage on joint where you feel pain. It definitely give relief from pain and arthritis.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon raw honey into a glass of peppermint tea. Drink once a day to relieve the arthritis pain. Because it contains anti fungal, anti bacterial and medicinal properties.
Cayenne pepper work as a pain reliever because, it rich in capsaicin. and Which formed heat in knee and affected area feel relief from pain..

Ginger is an effective remedy to alleviate pain, whether joint pain, muscle tightness, arthritis pain, swelling or ligament injury.  It contains anti inflammatory properties. 
  • Dry grind a mixture of 6 teaspoons of dried ginger, 6 teaspoons of caraway seed powder and 3 teaspoons of black pepper powder. Take half teaspoon of this mixture along with water, thrice daily.
Turmeric is famous for a chemical whose name is curcumin. Which also contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that help in knee pain. Therefore, it is very beneficial and natural cure to relieve joint pain.
  • Turmeric capsules are available in quantity of 500 mg and 1000 mg, you can take this three times per day.  Turmeric juice is also beneficial in  arthritis, or drink a glass of lukewarm milk and mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder in it and take daily before just sleep time.

Tulsi (Basil) is known as an anti rheumatic( joint pain) and antispasmodic (muscle spasms) agent. It can be used 
externally to treat joint related ailments and works in relieving joint pain.

Cinnamon can be used to relieve arthritis pain due to its anti inflammatory and antioxidants properties. 
  • Mix one half teaspoon of cinnamon powder and one tablespoon of honey in a cup of warm water and drink it every morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for several days.
Fish oil is extracted from tissues of fish and contains Omega 3. Our bodies don’t produce Omega 3 naturally so must get it from food and supplements. Fish oil is consumed in a concentrated dose, which is needed for it to be effective with arthritis.
  • Simply consume 1 to 2 teaspoons of fish oil daily. For the reduction of stiffness, you can take fish oil supplements in the morning during empty stomach. Along with supplements, you should also eat cold water fish and other natural products like flaxseeds that are high in Omega 3 fatty acids.
Yoga and Exercise

Some exercises are good in arthritis and create more mobility between joints like knee exercise. Yoga is beneficial for  painful joints and inflammation, but it is one of the most relevant and long lasting treatment. It enhances the flexibility of knee joints and stretching gives strength to muscles around the knee joints.
