Typhoid is infectious bacterial fever, which  formed by Salmonella Typhi. It causes red spots on the chest and abdomen. It also lead to severe intestinal irritation. The symptoms of typhoid vary from mild to severe. Typhoid has two main signs, such as fever and rash formed on body. It can reach till 104 degree Fahrenheit.

Causes of Typhoid 
Typhoid is caused by a virulent bacteria called Salmonella Typhi. These bacteria’s live in human intestine and blood stream. By eating contaminated food and drink Salmonella bacteria entered in our body and attack on small intestine. After that entered in blood stream. Then bacteria reached in liver, spleen and bone marrow through white blood cells. Where it multiply and again entered in blood stream. How to keep your body fit with healthy food?

On that time, with fever some other symptoms seen in our body. Mostly symptoms seen 6- 30 days after bacterial contact. An infected person can pass the bacteria out of their body. It is occasionally transmitted through the contact of person who is infected. It can spread through faeces and less commonly urine.

Because it contains acetic acid and nutrients such as B vitamins and vitamin C, which helps to reduce body temperature instantly. The human body has been created by nature with five elements. There are water, earth, air, space, fire. Respectively, the first two elements are seen as water and the earth. The remaining elements are invisible. During hunger time, the earth comes as food and during thirst, we drink water as comes water element.

The five elements always keep on doing their work. Whatever our body works for. Having these properly formed is the level of physical fitness. Which is called PH as Power of Hydrogen in the scientific language. It has a total of 14 levels. It shows the level of the earth and water inside the body. 7 levels being neutral and its color is greenish. Level 1 to 7 red, yellow and 6 to 7 green is known as this level. Levels ranging from 7 to 14 are dark green and blue is alkaline. Anything above 7.0 is alkaline, anything below 7.0 is considered acidic

Crush the two pieces( sticks) of the turmeric well and put it in 200 ml water and boil, till 100 ml of water left .
remaining  100 ml water, again boil with milk. Boil them by putting the remaining ingredients. Stop the fire, drink whichever remains. 

Benefits: Curcumin content is needed to repair the beneficial cancer. Turmeric contains Curcumin in high amount. Using this symmetry, cure the types of cancer or infection occurring in any part of the body.

Today, High blood pressure and hypertension have became vast problem in all over the world. This is a deadly disease. High Blood Pressure is like a calm volcano, which does not show any signs or danger from outside, but when the volcano bursts, it can be serious consequences like paralysis and heart attack on our body. Earlier it was believed that this problem is occur in old people, but the problem of hypertension is spreading in children and young people too.

What is blood pressure ?
Blood pressure is said to increase blood pressure in the arteries walls. Arterial body contains blood vessels which transport blood from heart to all the organs and tissues.

Normal blood pressure
The unit of measuring blood pressure is millimeter / mercury (mm.Hg). It is measured with the Sphygmomanometer. Blood pressure is measured in two numbers and two stages. In first stage, systolic pressure is 140 to 159 mm Hg or diastolic pressure is 90 to 99 mm Hg. In  stage 2 hypertension, is diagnosed when your systolic pressure is 160 mm Hg or higher your diastolic pressure is 100 mm Hg or higher.How we can overcome stress ?

  • Eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grains and low fat diet. You can also drink cholesterol-free milk. 
  • Avoid red meat, desserts and sugar foods
If there is a problem of blood pressure, then regularly check blood pressure in winter and if you have a slight complaint then consult the doctor.
